I found Another great Chocolate Cake Recipe From Southern Living ...This cake is made with Buttermilk, Chocolate, Semisweet Chocolate, and Chocolate syrup.  Ohhhh!!! how chocolate it is.

Ingredients

10 inch Bundt pan

Preheat oven at 300º

Ingredients:

1 cup margarine or butter

1 ½ cups sugar

4 eggs

½ tsp. baking soda

1 cup buttermilk

2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

1 ½ cups semisweet chocolate mini-morsels, divided

2 ( 4oz ) bars sweet baking chocolate, melted and cooled

1/3 cup chocolate syrup

2 tsp. vanilla extract

4oz white chocolate chopped

2 Tbs. Plus 2 tsp. Crisco (shortening, divided

chocolate and white chocolate leaves ( Optional )

How to make it

1 Cream margarine in a large mixing bowl; gradually add sugar, beating well at medium speed of an electric mixer. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
2 Dissolve soda in buttermilk, stirring well. Add to creamed mixture alternately with flour, beginning and ending with flour. Add 1 cup mini-morsels, melted chocolate, chocolate syrup, and vanilla, stirring just until blended. (Do not overbeat. )
3 Spoon batter into a heavily greased and floured 10 inch Bundt pan. Bake at 300º for 1 hour and 25 to 35 minutes or until cake springs back when touched. Invert cake immediately onto a serving plate,and let cool completely.
Combine 4oz chopped white chocolate and 2 Tbs. Shortening in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook until mixture is melted and smooth. Remove from heart. Drizzle melted white chocolate mixture over cooled cake. Melt remaining ½ cup mini-morsels and 2 tsp. Shortening in a small sauce pan over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat, and let cool; drizzle over white chocolate.

Citrus and Poppy Seed Pudding



Found Another Great Recipe...And I will Like To Share...Happy Eating...Sandra

Ingredients

2 small oranges

1 lemon

2 eggs

2 cups self raising flour

½ cup sugar

125 g ricotta

2 tablespoons poppy seed

For the syrup:

1 orange, zested and juiced

1 lemon, zested and juiced

100 g butter

¼ cup icing sugar

To serve:

125 g ricotta

Icing sugar, to dust
orange segments

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180˚C.
Place oranges and lemon into a small saucepan and cover with water. Bring to the boil, then simmer, covered for 10 minutes. Cool slightly.
Place the oranges and lemon into the bowl of a food processor with the eggs and process until smooth.
Add the flour, caster sugar, and poppy seed and ricotta into the food processor and process until well combined.
Spoon the mixture into 8 x 1 cup muffin pans or pudding moulds.
Cover with greased foil. Place on a baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked when tested.
For the syrup:
Melt together the butter and icing sugar. Stir in the orange and lemon juice and zest; bring to the boil while stirring.

To serve:
Unmold the pudding onto individual serving plates. Drizzle with syrup. Serve with a dollop of ricotta, dust with icing sugar and garnish with an orange segment
