Recipe for Green Apple Salad
4 to 5 stalks celery, chopped
4 to 5 green apples half them peeled and unpeeled and diced
½ cup broken pecans or walnuts
½ lemon squeeze
3 to 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
Salt to taste
Dash cayeanne pepper
1/4 cup Raisins
2 teaspoon sugar
Mix celery and apples. Add lemon juice.
Mix with nuts and add mayonnaise
to hold together. Add salt, sugar, cayeanne pepper, raisins.and blend
together and place in refrigerator about two hours before serving.
