Bacon Salt

You can add bacon flavor on everything now, Just by making homemade bacon salt. What a great Ideal...


12 ounces slice bacon

3/4 cup of sea salt

1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and bake the bacon until it is very crispy and very dark. Drain on paper towels and pat very dry with paper towel until no grease on bacon. place cool bacon in food processor and process until bacon turn into grainy crumbs.{if you like can add roasted pecans with bacon while it's processing}.

Mix thoroughly with 3/4 cup of sea salt and add a teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper.
